Extended Review

This is an attractive photo frame with a brushed aluminium front plate mounted on a clear plexiglass base. This gives the frame a solid and well built feel, which we have found to be a rarity for models in this price bracket. The frame has a fixed stand which doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall off, as it the case with many other 7” frames on the market. The stand can be rotated 90 degrees to support both landscape and portrait positions.

The LCD screen was bright and the resolution acceptable, displaying a reasonable amount of detail for a screen of this size.

The frame offers both video and Mp3 playback by means of the built in stereo speakers.

This allows for background music to be played in conjunction with a photo slideshow,

Sound quality was adequate

We would liked to have seen a range of interchangeable frames, like those offered on the Philips 7, but for the price, this frame represents excellent value for money
