Extended Review

We were impressed by the brightness and clarity of the LCD screen. The 800 by 600 pixel resolution reproduces a detailed image in a very handy 4:3 aspect ratio. This means that digital photos do not need to be cropped before they are loaded to the frame, as is the case with 16:9 widescreen photo frames. The 1gb built in memory is a big plus and allows for easy file transfer from a PC without the need for a memory card. The photos stored on the frame can also be managed using a PC, for example: we could create folders, delete / copy files, or reorder images. A useful time saving feature.
Other features include support for music and video files.

The frame was easy to use and setup, but the instructions manual was not very helpful. We also found the remote control to be weak, best used within 10 feet or so of the frame.

The blue LED light feature is novel and helps to add to the wow factor which a digital photo frame often creates.

This is a stylish digital photo frame with a wide range of features. The high resolution LCD screen and built in memory help to make this one of our favourite digital photo framers we have reviewed. With consideration to the very competitive price point (£139), we have awarded this frame with our ‘editors choice’ award.
